After months of planning and assessments involving the Lampeter Well Being Centre, NERS Team and NACRO Connecting Carmarthenshire the first Exercise class was delivered in Cwm Aur, Llanybydder.
After a final bit of paperwork the citizens enjoyed a gentle 45 minutes of exercise that was designed to improve their posture and strengths leg and arm muscles. Over time the exercises will increase in intensity and will include the use of resistance bands etc.
After the class, we all enjoyed a natter and cuppa and are looking forward to the next class – Every Wednesday 10am, sharp, for 45 mins. Cost £2.50 per session
The class will be evaluated after Christmas to see if effectiveness and if it is popular enough to continue.

It was so lovely to be in a class with Paul again. I used to love his sessions but have not
been able to access them since giving up my car a few years ago’
