I am a retired HR Director. Currently, I volunteer for the Samaritans. I am also a licenced Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I train Mental Health First Aiders for the Samaritans as part of my volunteer activities.

I'm a dog food delivery driver in the week and a children's entertainer on weekends. 

Able to assist with shopping, collection of medicines, dog walking.

Am sewing 3 layered fabric face masks if required. Basic sewing skills to hand if needed.
