Himalayan balsam is the scourge of the riverbank. It competes with our native vegetation, reduces our natural biodiversity and erodes the riverbanks when it dies back over the winter months.
It is increasingly becoming a problem and this is your opportunity to help in reducing spread and contributing to its eradication.
Join West Wales Rivers Trust on a Balsam Blitz along the Nant Bargod in Dre-fach Felindre, near Llandysul. Gloves will be provided, as well as refreshments.
No obligation to stay all day - drop by for half an hour or stay longer!
