Life After Stroke (Ammanford) is a friendly independent group, recommended by the Stroke Association and part of the stroke group network.  It is open to anyone affected by stroke, including stroke survivors, carers, friends and family members.  The group aims to reduce isolation, redefine and reclaim skills, aid adjustment to stroke-related disability and increase confidence.  You will find plenty of peer support, interesting activities and of course tea and biscuits.

We meet weekly (during term time) in Ammanford pensioners hall on a Wednesday morning. For enquiries please contact Christine.
