Our ‘Write Well’ mental health writing project brings you 7 weekly workshops, where you will look at established writers who surmounted many obstacles on their path to become what they had set their minds to – becoming a writer.

Through discussions and exercises you will find new ways of expression to help you realise your creative potential and find your true creative writing voice.

All held online via zoom.
