Arts Care Gofal Celf organise Creative Communities / Cymunedau Creadigol a mental health project

ACGC's wonderful professional artists will be leading creative sessions at community venues to support creativity and wellbeing.
Free and targeted at any adult who is recovering from mental ill health, with thanks to funds from Hywel Dda University Health Board.

We have 5 programmes taking place face to face in the following areas:

Carmarthen @ Art room, Community learning centre- Fridays 11am-1pm
Llanelli @ The Lantern centre- Fridays 11am-1pm
Llandovery @ Rhys Pritchard Memorial hall- Thursdays 1-3pm
Llandysul @ The Power House- Thursdays 1-3pm - NEW
Ammanford @ The gallery, Ammanford Library- Thursdays 1-3pm - NEW

Whether you want to learn new skills, make friends, get out of the house, create artwork to be proud of, boost confidence and self esteem or simply have fun in a welcoming and friendly environment then this may be for you, or someone you know 🙂

No experience necessary and materials will be provided.
