Wake up all your senses and body, and connect with the wider community in a nourishing and mindful way, through different nature-based mindful invitations that combine gentle movement (Qi Gong, yoga), meditative explorations, forest bathing, creativity, and reflection.
My invitations aim at helping you to find your own resources and build your resilience. Relaxing, fun, inclusive, and safe environment.
All abilities. No previous experience needed, just openness and curiosity.
