Companion at Home is a service where a fully trained Volunteer is matched with an individual and their family after a diagnosis of a terminal illness. The Companion Volunteer provides emotional support and companionship through a difficult time in the inidviduals life. 

Easy to refer into the service. 

Simple application process to become a Volunteer.
