Training opportunities for staff working from home and in the workplace
Jobforcewales is a not-for-profit organisation and is part of Skills Academy Wales/NPTC, we are offering City & Guilds and ILM qualifications in Advice & Guidance, Community Development, Management, Team Leading, Business Administration and Customer Service, Hospitality, and Cleaning. They can be signed up very easily via e-portfolio and can be delivered face to face, online via Zoom/Teams or a blend of both, with plenty of support and guidance from our qualified assessors. These qualifications are fully funded by Welsh Government.
As these are vocational qualifications, candidates can easily gather evidence from the work they normally do in their daily job roles, to cover the underpinning knowledge required. There is also the opportunity to research and learn about different models of management, community theories and methods of delivering advice and guidance. You will have access to all the information, templates and examples needed to complete your qualification. You will have access to the e-portfolio where you can upload evidence so the assessors can have immediate access for marking and feedback. Candidates can be based anywhere in the South, Mid and West Wales area. We are already working with staff in local authority departments, housing associations and community/charitable organisations.
