Our Training Package

The DPJ Foundation provides ‘Mental Health Awareness Training’ which is our own bespoke agricultural training package.  Over 1500 people have received our specialist training since August 2018.

Our 5 Step Support System

Our Mental Health Awareness training sessions, will equip you to understand how to support those with poor mental health and look after yourself. Our training day events are based on providing information and facts around mental health issues in Wales and the UK and in particular the agricultural sector, as well as giving you practical tools to help.

We explore the most common mental health conditions and explain a 5 step skill system that will enable you to go away with a clear understanding of how to support individuals with poor mental health.  As we think this is so important, we have taken the decision to currently offer individual places free of charge.  If you would like to find out more about the training or are interested in arranging training for your organisation, please contact Kay Helyar on kay@thedpjfoundation.co.uk or call 07984 169507.
