We are a weekly support group for stroke survivors and carers in carmarthen and the surrounding area.

We meet weekly on Monday afternoons at Bethel Church, Carmarthen ( off Picton Terrace. postcode SA31 3BS) from 2 til 4pm.

We provide a variety of inclusive activities, including, games, seated exercise. speakers and craft, as well as monthy trips.  We also provide refreshements and an opportunity to meet and socialise with other stroke survivors and carers.  We are a fun and friendly group and new members are always welcome.

If you are coming for the first time, please contact us beforehand so that we are expecting you, and also so that we are not out on a trip!

There is no membership fee, but a weekly charge of £2 for the raffle helps us to cover costs.

We are a volunteer led group and a number of our volunteers are stroke survivors or carers.

Please contact Amanda Cox, part time Co-ordinator. Email amandcox1967@hotmail.com or phone 07794292014.
